Commercial Banking Executive Shelly Carenbauer has worked in banking and finance for over 17 years. She has developed positive relationships with a growing corporate client base and is a trusted advisor to government and not-for-profit entities. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra and as Treasurer of the Wheeling Rotary Club. Her previous leadership includes Chair of the Board of Governors for West Virginia Northern Community College, as appointed by the Governor of West Virginia, and membership on the Executive Board of the YWCA of Wheeling.
