Commercial Banking Executive Shelly Carenbauer has worked in banking and finance for over 17 years. She has developed positive relationships with a growing corporate client base and is a trusted advisor to government and not-for-profit entities. She is Chair of the Board of Governors for West Virginia Northern Community College and a member of the Board of Directors of the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra. She has served on the Executive Board of the YWCA of Wheeling and is a member of the Wheeling Rotary Club.
