Our Unified tellers are also trained on Positive Pay. When a check is being cashed at a branch, our Frontline Tellers will compare your checks in real time with your check register file. If the information does not match, the check will not be cashed.

ACH POSITIVE PAY
With ACH Positive Pay, you can easily return a fraudulent ACH transaction. You can also create can Approved List for trusted ACH transactions. If an ACH transaction is not on your Approved List, we will notify you. You can then review and decide whether you want to Pay or Return the ACH item.
CHECK POSITIVE PAY
Check Positive Pay runs a daily verification of checks presented for payment against your check register and provides early detection of altered, fraudulent, or counterfeit checks. This service helps prevent check fraud by verifying that the checks clearing your account were issued by you.
With Check Positive Pay, you upload your check register after you issue checks either manually or by importing a file. Details from your check register are matched against checks presented for payment. With Check Positive Pay, we compare your check number, dollar amount, and payee to your check register to ensure they match. If a field does not match, we will notify you of the discrepancy. You can then review and decide whether you want to Pay or Return the item.
