Lost/Stolen Card

To report your ATM Card or Checkcard lost or stolen, please contact your local branch office during regular office hours.

After regular office hours, please: 
  • Call 800.264.5578
  • Remain on the line to speak with the next available customer service representative. (If you are calling from a non-touch-tone telephone, please remain on the line for a customer service representative).

For card lost or stolen outside of the United States:
  • Call collect to 701.461.0621;
  • Remain on the line to speak with the next available customer service representative. (If you are calling from a non-touch-tone telephone, please remain on the line for a customer service representative)

ATM/Debit Card Pin Change
  • If you already know your PIN, call 800.448.8268 and follow the simple voice instructions. Have your card number ready.
  • If you have forgotten your PIN, please contact your local branch office during regular business hours.
  • If you have tried to use your PIN and have failed 3 times, you must wait until after 4:30 pm EST to try again. It is recommended that you first call your local branch office for further assistance before trying again. For security reasons, banking personnel cannot reset the PIN fail attempts manually and customers must wait until 4:30 pm EST the following day to attempt again.
  • Customers can only change a PIN one time in a 24-hour period.

Unauthorized ATM/Debit Card Transactions
If you have unauthorized ATM or Debit Card transactions appearing on your account, contact your local branch office or call 1.888.275.5566 ext. 6222 during normal business hours.  If after normal business hours, please call the Fraud Hotline at 1.866.842.5208 or 1.800.264.5578.
