How to enroll in Text Banking*
To use text message banking, you must have a mobile device that is capable of sending and receiving text messages and enroll in Mobile Banking.
Please be aware, some mobile service carriers charge for each message you send and receive.
- Log into online banking on your desktop.
- If you are not prompted to enroll in mobile banking, click on 'Profile' at the top right of your screen.
- Click on 'Enroll Now' next to Mobile Banking. If you are already enrolled in mobile banking, click on 'Manage Devices'.
- If you are already enrolled in Mobile Banking, click on 'Add New Device'.
- Click on 'Enroll Now' next to Mobile Banking. If you are already enrolled in mobile banking, click on 'Manage Devices'.
- Under 'Other Services' enter your phone number and press continue.
- Check the 'Text Messaging (I'd like to use text banking services.)' check box and press continue.
- You will receive an activation code on your phone, enter that.
You can now use the keywords below when you text 31727.

How to request account information
To request account information or ATM and branch locations, you send text messages containing keywords to the short code, 31727.
Keywords are not case-sensitive.

Request type: Transaction History
View the most recently posted transactions for the account you specify with the account nickname. For example, TRAN S1. If you are a registered Mobile Banking user at multiple financial institutions, type the financial institution’s identifier before the keyword. For example: UNIFIED HIST C1. If your transaction history response message ends with "Reply NEXT or MORE," text NEXT or MORE to view more transactions.

Find ATMs, branch locations, or both near an address that you specify. You can enter: • ZIP Code • City and ZIP Code • City and State • Street, City, and State. For example: ATM ANYWHERE OH. If you are a registered Mobile Banking user at multiple financial institutions, type the financial institution’s identifier before the keyword. For example: UNIFIED BOTH 90210. If your ATM and branch location response message ends with "Reply NEXT or MORE," text NEXT or MORE to view more locations. |
